εγώ νοικιάζω ένα πολύ τίμιο σπίτι και αρκετά οικονομικό, αλλά σκέφτομαι να ξενοικιάσω από Σεπτέμβρη Οκτώβρη και όχι Ιούλιο. Αν κάποιος ενδιαφέρεται αξίζει αρκετά σα σπίτι. Είναι Άνω Τούμπα όμως. Κοντά στη στάση Βαρνάβα.

ξενοικιασα από 40 εκκλησιές και θα μετακομίσω την άλλη εβδομάδα οπότε το σπίτι είναι ήδη διαθέσιμο.

Update!!!

Ξενοικιάζει ένας φίλος μου κοντά στο υπουργείο Μακεδονίας-Θράκης,στούντιο επιπλωμένο με λίγα κοινόχρηστα (10 ευρώ περίπου),παρκινγκ,3ο όροφο,με ατομικό φυσικό αέριο,μπαλκονάκι έχει ωραίο και τιμή 240 το μήνα,όποιος θέλει πμ σε μένα.
