Αν έχει μέχρι 3 ώρες μέχρι την ώρα που θα φάω μεσημεριάνο, τότε τίποτα (πέρα από καφέ, προφανώς).

Αν έχει πάνω από 3 ώρες, κάτι ελαφρύ (κρουασάν, κέικ, 1 τόστ). Και καφέ προφανώς Tongue

σήμερα έφαγα ένα πράσινο αυγό των κοτών της φυλής Araucana  Roll Eyes
δεν κατάλαβα όντως διαφορά στη γεύση!

Περιστασιακά, τηγανητά αυγά.

Στις πολύ κεφάτες μου περιόδους (και μονο αν δεν εχω φαει τιποτα το βραδυ), γιαούρτι με μέλι Tongue Αλλά αν αρχισω, δεν σταματάω, μου αρέσει υπερβολικά πολύ.

Ε να πω κι εγώ: μπουγάτσα με Σεργάλ μόνο. Γιατί η σερραϊκή μπουγάτσα πάει με σερραϊκό γαλατάκι. : D
