Aν και μάλλον (με) τρολλάρεις, θα απαντήσω σα να το λες σοβαρά: Το θυμήθηκα γιατί το είδα στα προτεινόμενα στο YouTube και το έβαλα να το θυμηθώ / ακούσω ξανά επειδή τον δίσκο Superstition τον είχα βρει σε βινύλιο εκεί γύρω στο 1995 σε προσφορά μόλις 500 Δρχ δλδ σημερινά 1,5€ περίπου = δεν χάνεται δλδ θα έκοβα έναν καφέ και θα έπαιρνα το βινύλιο   Η λογική μου έλεγε οτι αν δεν είχα για καφέ κάποια μέρα που πηγαίναμε με την παρέα θα τους έλεγα οτι δεν έχω γκαφρά επειδή βρήκα το Superstition των Siouxsie And The Banshees σε βινύλιο 500 Δρχ και το αγόρασα για να τους το αντιγράψω σε κασσέτες οπότε πληρώστε μου τώρα τον καφέ για να πάρετε τις κασσέτες, οπότε δεν ανυσηχούσα να μη μείνω ταπί και ρέστος και να "χρεοκοπήσω" (* Η κάθε κασσέτα κόστιζε βέβαια 200-230 Δρχ αλλά αυτό το έξοδο το επιβαρυνόμουν σιγά σιγά όποτε είχα αφού κανείς από την παρέα δεν μου ζητούσε να του γράψω την κασσέτα, τους τις πήγαινα έτοιμες γραμμένες με ραπιτογράφο έγραφα τα περιεχόμενα στο χαρτ(ον)άκι που περιείχαν με καλά γράμματα, σχεδόν καλλιγραφικά, με πρόσθετες λεπτομέρειες από το δίσκο όπως τα ονόματα των μελών του συγκροτήματος του producer, του sound engineer, και όπως με πείραζε η Βαλεντίνα κάποτε "γράφεις ακόμα και ποιος τράβηξε το καζανάκι την ώρα της ηχογράφησης στο στούντιο" Όπως βλέπετε το συνεχίζω το χούι και βάζω και τις λεπτομέρειες που βρίσκω εύκολα κάτω από τα κομμάτια εδώ στο φόρουμ  ).

The song features a guest appearance by Sting, who sings the signature falsetto introduction, background vocals and a backing chorus of "I want my MTV" set to the same notes as the chorus of the Police's hit "Don't Stand So Close To Me".[2] The groundbreaking music video, one of the first uses of computer-animated human characters, was the first to be aired on MTV Europe when the network launched on 1 August 1987.[3]
It was Dire Straits' most commercially successful single, peaking at number one for three weeks on both the US Billboard Hot 100 and Top Rock Tracks chart and number four in the band's native UK. In July 1985, the month following its release, Dire Straits and Sting performed the song at Live Aid. At the 28th Annual Grammy Awards in 1986, "Money for Nothing" won Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal and was nominated for Record of the Year and Song of the Year as well. At the 1986 MTV Video Music Awards, the music video received 11 nominations, winning Video of the Year and Best Group Video. It is widely considered one of the band's signature songs and the opening guitar riff is one of the most famous of all time.
