Πρόσφατα διάβασα το Aramburu Fernando - ΠΑΤΡΙΔΑ που πρότεινε πιο πάνω η Lady. Πολύ καλό βιβλίο με μια πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα οπτική. Σε κρατάει από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος (το λέω εγώ που δεν μπορώ να συγκεντρωθώ) και τολμάει να μιλήσει για ένα θέμα που αμφιβάλω αν τολμάνε να μιλήσουν πολλοί άνθρωποι στην Ισπανία και στην Χώρα των Βάσκων.

Επίσης διάβασα το Μέση Αγγλία - Coe Jonathan. Ένα Αγγλικό βιβλίο με την κάθε έννοια της λέξης. Αυτό που λάτρεψα είναι πως ο συγγραφέας περιγράφει την άποψη Βρετανών για το Brexit αλλά και την σύγχρονη Αγγλία από την δικιά τους οπτική χωρίς να βάζει το προσωπικό του στοιχείο. Οι χαρακτήρες του φαίνονται τόσο αληθινοί, και παρ' ότι φυσικά θα έχει κάποια άποψη ο ίδιος, κανένας χαρακτήρας του δεν επηρεάζεται από αυτήν. Όλοι είναι ξεχωριστοί, βλέπουν τον κόσμο με την δικιά τους οπτική, σωστή ή λάθος, και την στηρίζουν με τις πράξεις τους και την ζωή τους. Φυσικά οι αναφορές στον κόσμο του Lord of The Rings ήταν κάτι τόσο βρετανικά ταιριαστό.
