Βρήκα στην Αμφιλοχία
το Σταμούλη το λοχία,

κι αυτή να σέρνεται μες τα στρατοδικεία
Ο επίτροπος ζητά την εσχάτη των ποινών
Μα επεμβαίνει ευτυχώς κάποιος γιος εφοπλιστών
Την είχε δει σε μια εφημερίδα
«την ερωτεύτηκα, μπαμπά» του λέει «μόλις την είδα».

Κι όταν σκότωσαν τον Νίκο Μπελογιάννη
Στην μητρόπολη γινήκανε οι γάμοι
Ο φάκελός της σαν σκιά εξαφανίστηκε
Σε κολυμπήθρα εθνική ξαναβαφτίστηκε
Από τότε κολυμπά στα πλούτη μέσα
Η Μαρία είναι τώρα ναυαρχέσσα
