While most disease management companies have focused on the more well-known diseases like diabetes and heart disease, Vivante Health’s mission is to fill the unmet need of those people living with chronic diseases that are invisible, neglected, or stigmatized. We provide a health management ecosystem that is powered by personal data intelligence so that people are empowered to spend less time managing their disease and more time living life with the mission of improving their quality of life.

We are looking for teammates that are passionate about changing people’s lives, by
providing these people and their families with the support and tools and to make significant

What you will be doing:

Develop new features
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Skills we looking for:

Self motivated learning (workshops, open source contribution, online courses)

Technical - Must have:

Confident in the following Languages: HTML5, CSS, Javascript
Confident in AngularJS framework.
Familiar with UI frameworks, preferably Bootstrap
Experience using task runners such as Grunt or Gulp
Good understanding of AJAX technologies, asynchronous requests, promises and deferred objects.
Experience using version control systems (git)

Technical - Good to have:

Experience using CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS
Experience working with RESTful services or HTTP request semantics
Knowledge of different browser quirks with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari
Basic knowledge of Photoshop
Comfortable working on GNU/Linux or UNIX like environment

Functional - Good to have:

Good knowledge of English especially written
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
Basic knowledge of how the Scrum Framework works
An active Github repo (or portfolio) is a big plus

Salary : Starting at 25000 € per year and is negotiable depending on the skills

Our offices are located in Athens, but we are also open to interview developers that at present live in Thessaloniki and are willing to relocate within a reasonable time.
