TechnoStar Greece is privately funding one 6-month internship on Computational Electromagnetics (CEM) at its office in Thessaloniki, Greece. The successful candidate will have the prospect of becoming a full-time employee after the internship period.
Internship Description
As part of the Computational Electromagnetics team, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of our Electromagnetic modules. The developed modules will be tested and integrated into the TechnoStar’s software ecosystem. The goals of the internship are:
- Research on Computational Electromagnetics simulations.
- Design, implement and test algorithms for our Electromagnetic modules.
- Support the software development life cycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Undergraduate in Electrical Engineering, Physics or in any relevant scientific field
- Knowledge of Electromagnetic field theory
- Knowledge of C/C++
Optional Skills
- Knowledge of Finite Element Method is a plus
- Knowledge of Numerical Analysis is a plus
- Knowledge of versioning control systems (e.g. git, svn) is a plus
Qualitative Skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Eager to learn new skills
