Mobile Network Drive Testing & Optimization Engineer

Main Responsibilities

•   Preparing and organizing properly the drive testing scenarios, schedule and equipment.
•   Drive testing performance, via the usage of respective equipment (Anite, Swissqual, Ascom)
•   Data collection, verification and archiving concerning all the available technologies (2G, 3G, LTE) and tests (voice, data, etc.)
•   Data post process analysis in terms of troubleshooting and Key Performance Indicators reporting, with the respective tools.
•   Service provision mainly in the whole territory of Greece. However, service provision in other countries is not excluded.

Candidate profile
Requirements:

•   Bachelor’s Degree in telecommunications/electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent
•   Ability to learn new technical knowledge.
•   Excellent knowledge on RF principles.
•   Very good understanding of 2G, 3G and LTE telecom networks i.e. elements, protocols, services, configurations, etc.
•   Drive testing equipment training and experience, desirable.
•   One or two year experience in the telecommunication field, desirable.
•   Spoken and written English on a proficiency level and usage of the Microsoft Office Suite in advanced level.
•   All males under Greek nationality applicants must have fulfilled their military obligations.
•   Ability to travel most of the time.
•   Ability to travel abroad.
