Summary for "Develop games in Ruby"

Who said you can't have fun developing games using Ruby? I will show you how to develop a quick game using Ruby and a 2D library called gosu.
About Petros Amiridis

Petros is a manager at GitHub. He graduated in 1998 from City College in Thessaloniki, and worked as a programmer until the fall of 2010 when he joined GitHub's technical support. He loves support and teaching programmers how to work better. He loves programming for fun. During his career he used Turbo Pascal, Delphi, Oracle PL/SQL, Java, C#, and Ruby. He is one of the co-founders of Thessaloniki Ruby Meetup.
Summary for "Women in tech"

The SheSharp folks will talk about their group, why they formed it, and what they have been doing the during past year. We'll then have an open discussion about diversity in tech or the lack of it, the underrepresentation of women, and the reasons behind this. Finally, we are going to touch our future plans and projects.
